Vulnerability Assessment

Flagler County worked with both the Northeast Florida Regional Council and Halff Associates to conduct their Vulnerability Assessment, which followed all standards identified in Florida State Statute Section 380.093. The final report and the maps for different flooding scenarios for each critical asset type are included on this page. Each map may be downloaded for further exploration. Any questions about this Vulnerability Assessment may be directed to the Northeast Florida Regional Council’s Regional Resiliency Manager.
